6th State Yogasana Sports Championship 2025

Allenhouse Public School, Panki, Kanpur, proudly hosted the 6th State Yogasana Sports Championship 2025, a grand celebration of strength, balance, and mindfulness. The event brought together around 208 participants from 15 districts across Uttar Pradesh, including Kanpur Nagar, Hathras, Unnao, Jalaun, Varanasi, Prayagraj, Lucknow, Fatehpur, Baliya, Meerut, Jhansi, Mirzapur, Bulandshahr, Baghpat, and Azamgarh.

The championship aimed to promote the spirit of healthy living and holistic development through the ancient discipline of yoga, combining athleticism with inner calm.

The Principal, Dr. Harpreet Kaur, graced the event as the Chief Guest, and other eminent dignitaries included Dr. Om Prakash Anand (Yoga Expert) and Dr. S. L. Yadav (Founder President, UPYSA), whose presence inspired the young athletes to adopt yoga as a lifelong pursuit of harmony between body and mind.

From dynamic asanas to synchronized group performances, the championship witnessed awe-inspiring displays of skill, flexibility, and discipline. The event stood as a testament to the growing enthusiasm for Yogasana as a competitive sport and as a way of life.

The day concluded with the prize distribution ceremony marked by a sense of unity, wellness, and the promise to carry forward India’s timeless legacy of yoga with renewed zeal.
